ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2027-28
Choosing a school is an important decision. Our admissions process is simple and convenient. You can spend less time worrying about requirements and more time discovering how learning happens at CNS.
Admissions Online Registration Dates
- Early Years 1 (Nursery) to Grade 9 from 1st September 2026 (Tuesday) at 8am to 7th September 2026 (Monday)
- For IBDP (Grade 11) from 14th August 2026(Friday)
Five Steps to CNS Admission:
Please note the following steps to complete the Admission Procedure:
STEP 1: FILL THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

NOTES:
- Tick the right category (section & grade)
- Submission of the Registration form does not guarantee admission.
- The Registration fee is non-refundable.
- The Management reserves the right to make any changes to the norms of admission during the process. (Subject to the Rules & Regulations and the circumstances prevailing at the time of admission).
- Parents will be notified regarding Early Years 1 (Nursery) admission only in the 1st week of November 2026.
- Admission in Early Years 2 (JR.KG) and above will be subject to the availability of seats.
- Upon payment of online Registration fee, a pdf file of the duly completed form with the Registration receipt will be sent by the school to the applicant’s registered email id.
STEP 2: SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
- Please ensure that the following documents are uploaded while submitting the Registration form:
- Birth Certificate
- School Report for the Current Academic Year & Last 2 Years
- Parent’s Aadhar Card Copy
- Student’s Aadhar Card Copy
- One Passport Size Photograph of the Student and Both Parents
- Student Blood Group Report
- G6PD Blood Quantitative Report
STEP 3: PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE
- Once the documents are submitted, click the submit button which appears on the right side of the registration form to make online payment of Rs 1000/-
STEP 4: PARENT ORIENTATION AND INTERACTION PROCESS
- Parents will be informed by the Admissions team regarding the Orientation and the Interaction session.
STEP 5: SELECTION PROCESS
- Selected students will be notified by email regarding their admission confirmation and payment of fees.
