ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Choosing a school is an important decision. Our admissions process is simple and convenient. You can spend less time worrying about requirements and more time discovering how learning happens at CNS.

Three Steps to CNS Admission:

Admission Process for Early Years 1 -Nursery to Grade 9 (Batch of 2025-2026)

STEP 1: FILL THE REGISTRATION FORM

Registration forms will be available online from 1st September to 7th September 2024 (Sunday to Saturday)

Notes:

  • Fill out the Form carefully.
  • Tick the right category.
  • Submission of the Registration form does not guarantee admission.
  • The Registration fee is non- refundable.
  • The Management reserves the right to make any changes to the norms of admission during the process. (Subject to the Rules and Regulations and the circumstances prevailing at the time of admission.)
  • Parents will be notified regarding Early Years 1 (Nursery) admission only in the 1st week of November 2024.
  • Admission in Early Years 2 -JR.KG and above will be subject to the availability of seats.
  • FILL THE REGISTRATION FORM: Click here to fill the Registration Form
  • Upon payment of online Registration Charges, a pdf file of the duly completed form with the Registration receipt will be sent by the school to the applicant’s registered email id.

STEP 2: DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

  • YOU WILL BE INFORMED BY THE ADMISSIONS OFFICER REGARDING THE PARENT ORIENTATION SESSIONS DATE AND TIME.
  • PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE SUBMITTED:1. Birth Certificate 2. School Report for the Current Academic Year & Last 2 Years. 3. Parent’s Aadhar Card Copy 4. Student’s Aadhar Card Copy 5. One Passport Size Photograph of the Student and Both Parents.

STEP 3: MAKE PAYMENT AND REGISTER

  • ONCE THIS IS COMPLETED, CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON WHICH APPEARS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE REGISTRATION FORM BLOCK.
  • CLICK ON PAYMENT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE REGISTRATION FORM BLOCK TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION WITH THE ONLINE PAYMENT AND SUBMIT THE REGISTRATION FORM.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS READY:1. Birth Certificate 2. School Report for the Current Academic Year & Last 2 Years. 3. Parent’s Aadhar Card Copy 4. Student’s Aadhar Card Copy 5. One Passport Size Photograph of the Student and Both Parents

Admission Process for IBDP - GRADE 11 Batch of 2025-2026

STEP 1: FILL THE REGISTRATION FORM

1. REGISTRATION FORMS:

Registration Forms will be available: Click here to fill the Registration Form from 3rd August 2024. Fill up the form and pay the registration fee of Rs.1000/- by clicking on the link provided on your registration form.

2. ORIENTATION FOR PARENTS:

An Orientation and School tour for students and parents will be conducted after the registration is received.

3. INTERACTION PROCESS:

The Selection Process will be based on the last 3 years of academic history. The Personal Interview will be scheduled with the Principal, IBDP Coordinator & Academic Guidance Counselling Team.

4. SELECTION PROCESS:

Selected candidates will be notified by email regarding their admission confirmation and payment of fees.
